Nominations are now open for Crain’s Cleveland Business 2022 Forty Under 40. This is a special editorial feature within Crain’s Nov. 21 print issue and online that will recognize the best and the brightest of Northeast Ohio’s professionals who have yet to reach their 40th birthday. Crain’s Cleveland Business is seeking nominations of those making a difference in their companies and their communities. We’re looking for individuals in a wide range of industries we cover – technology, consumer products, real estate, health care, nonprofit, finance, etc. – who are leaders in their fields. We are welcoming nominations to help us determine those recognized.

The deadline to nominate an individual for this feature is Monday, July 25, at 11:59 p.m. EST.

Please note, there is a $25 processing fee for all applications, which must be paid before the nomination will be considered.

Nomination forms must be completed and submitted by July 25 to be considered. All required sections of the form must be completed for consideration. Please note incomplete answers may result in disqualification. Self-nominations are accepted.

Do not submit information you consider to be confidential.

Honoree profiles will not be provided for review before the section publishes.

IMPORTANT ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR FORTY UNDER 40:

  • Nominees must be based (work) in Northeast Ohio
  • Nominees must be no older than 39 on the Nov. 21 publication date.
  • Nominees must not be a previous recipient of Crain’s Forty Under 40 award.
  • Nomination should showcase career professional achievements and civic engagement.
  • Please provide detail as available (performance metrics, awards received and/or press)
  • Please highlight involvement in any of the following: community and/or philanthropic activities, mentoring programs, diversity and inclusion initiatives
